This hotel is located in Costanera Center, an emblematic project for the South America. This mixed-use project is located in the heart of the city of Santiago. Postcard of the capital of Chile with the tallest tower in Latin America and a reference point for the people of Santiago. It is an intensely urban hotel where guests can fully experience the city, walk and discover its bookstores, cafes and museums. It is located in a traditional, established neighborhood, with history. A business district by day and important nightlife at night.

The interior design was inspired by these premises. The hotel is an extension of this multifaceted neighborhood and a new reference within the city. RMA developed a program of public spaces that includes a Convention Center on the 16th floor, and a Sky Lobby on the 17th floor. The Sky Lobby has a program that includes a library, meeting rooms, a store, a lounge with a bar, wine tasting rooms and a restaurant. RMA took advantage of the elimination of a swimming pool to connect the lobby with the convention center via a staircase. The most important thing we achieved was to make a rooftop at the exit of the 17th floor, we raised the floor almost 2 meters and generated a unique platform with 180º views of all of Santiago from the mountain range to San Cristóbal Hill. We designed two anchor bars on this terrace, on the one hand the largest bar in Santiago and on the other a bar dedicated to only wines, thus generating a unique place in the capital.

In the rooms, we sought to maximize the concepts of the AC brand. The room was designed with simple but contemporary lines, several with open bathrooms. To enhance the views of the city of Santiago, several mirror planes were generated, generating continuity with the landscape.
