This hotel was important to us, as it was RMA's first international project. It is located in the most thriving area in the financial district of San Isidro and has a privileged location along the entire block front on Avenida Camino el Real. This full-service hotel has a public space divided into 3 floors, with the lobby, reception, bar and main restaurant on the first level.

On the second level, RMA created themed meeting rooms and incorporated the executive lounge with the hotel's gym and Spa. On the third level, the Convention Center was developed with a main Ballroom and a series of meeting rooms that can be joined together, generating larger or smaller rooms depending on the needs of the event.

In the guest rooms, we introduced an innovative open bathroom design, drawing inspiration from pre-Inca cultures. This unique layout features access through a walk-in closet, intricately connected to the open bathroom, thereby optimizing the available space to its fullest potential. Enhancing the ambiance, we conceived a captivating wallpaper for the back wall of the bed, adorned with subtle drawings and images showcasing iconic landmarks of Peru, including the Nazca lines, colonial palaces, and the lush green coast.Adding further versatility to the room, we crafted a designated area adjacent to the bed that seamlessly blends work and relaxation. This multifunctional space is designed to serve as a potential second bed, complemented by a chaise longue, providing an additional dimension to the overall room experience.
