This hotel was important to us, as it was RMA's first international project. It is located in the most thriving area ofthe financial district of San Isidro and has a privileged location along the entire block front on Avenida Camino el Real. This full-service hotel has a public space divided into 3 floors, with the lobby, reception, bar and main restaurant on the first level.

On the second level, RMA created themed meeting rooms and incorporated the Executive lounge with the hotel's gym and Spa. On the third level, the Convention Center was developed with a main Ballroom and a series of meeting rooms that can be joined together, generating larger or smaller rooms depending on the needs of the event.

In the rooms we developed an open bathroom design with the concept of access through a walk-in closet inspired by pre-Inca cultures. This closet was directly linked to an open bathroom that generates the largest dimension that the room can have. For the back wall of the bed we developed a concept of a wallpaper with subtle drawings and images of the landmarks of Peru, the Nazca lines, the colonial palaces and the green coast. Finally, next to the bed we created a space that mixed work and relaxation and that could become a second bed with a chaise longue that gave a second dimension to the room.
