This spectacular residential project is located on an island between the city of Miami and Miami Beach. The unique architecture of this project makes this residence a luxury in every sense.

The house is completely raised on one floor and has 8 façades around a central patio and the sea. 2 guest houses generate a first layer towards the street and the main house is divided into two wings with a central triple height glazed space completely focused on the skyline of the city of Miami. Our objective was to generate different layers of textures in the house, improve flows and resolve the spaces of this extraordinary house. In this house RMA designed the entire interior, modifying programs and creating a unique home, with extraordinary details.
