This house is located on the outskirts of the city of Santiago in an exclusive condominium.

In this particular case, the owner purchased 3 sites resulting in a 12,500m2 property. Our work included merging these 3 plots and designing a house that included an extensive program. The requirements were to generate a house with an important central space, 6 en-suite bedrooms, a large kitchen with family room, laundry, barbecue area, gym, indoor and outdoor pool, sauna massage room, Turkish bath, cinema room and a games room.

For the development of the project, the emphasis was on the house being developed around the pool and that, at the owner's request, the element of water was always present.

It was designed in exposed concrete on its façade with a thermopanel window system and some curtain wall elements. This residence has a centralized control and air conditioning system throughout.

All bedrooms have balconies or terraces and take advantage of the views offered by the plot and the orientation of the house's location.
